• Each Washington State Balloon Festival Pass allows for 1 guest to attend each of the three balloon festivals (must Reserve/ Redeem spot 60 days in advance to guarantee best availability for each festival).
• The pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be transferred.

• All festival pass sales are final and non-refundable.
